Proposed Campus Beautification Scope of Work

Thomson Campus – Augusta Technical College

This page outlines the proposed scope of work for a one-day volunteer-led beautification effort on the Thomson Campus of Augusta Technical College. Led by campus Maintenance Technician Gary Caudill in partnership with Risen Savior Lawn Care, this initiative seeks to enhance the appearance, safety, and overall curb appeal of key outdoor areas. All work will be performed under campus supervision and at no cost to the college, with appropriate volunteer waivers in place. Below are photos and brief descriptions of each proposed service area.

Front of College Objectives:  
Weed Eating/Killing


 

Curbing, Sidewalks, & Patios Objectives:  
Edging and Pressure Washing


 

Parking Lot & Gravel Areas Objectives:  
Weed Eating/Killing to last All Season


 

Trees/Hedges Objectives:  
Pruning, Trimming, and/or Removal of Dead Tree(s) As Applicable


 

Flower Beds/Tree Bases Objectives:  
Remove Weeds, Place New Flowers or Plants if Wanted, & Refresh with New Weed Barriers Covered with Pine Straw
